(1) There shall be a National Executive Committee to act as the executive body of Nepal Scout.

(2) The formation of the National Executive Committee shall be as follows:-

(a) Chief Commissioner – Chairman

(b) Deputy Chief Commissioner – Member

(e) Commissioners – Members

(f) Secretary – Members -Secretary

(3) The term of office of members other than the ex-officio members of the National Executive Committee shall be four years. The Council shall form a recommendation committee of five members who are elected members of the National Council and the person recommended by that committee shall be nominated by the Chief Scout as a member of the National Executive Committee. A recommendation committee of five members will be formed and the person recommended by the committee will be nominated by the Chief Scout as a member of the National Executive Committee.
